Description:
Give your VB.OLD apps the resizing behaviour found in .Net's anchor properties with a minimum of code. All you need is the class here and you worry about what your program has to do. This rule based resizer will worry about adjusting the size and positions of your controls as and when your from is resized. The only code you need is to tell it how you want it to resize things. Try it out...
If you have .Net you don't need this, use the anchor property, if not, what are you doing without it.
