How change vb6 code to Asp.Net code

Hi, i am newbie to .net.I have been working on vb6 since 1 year.So now i like to jump into .net.But for that i am working on file handling examples.So i am attachiing a code below could anybody change this code into Asp.net so that i can learn by looking that code..

To be honest I don't even have VB6 installed anymore, otherwise I could probably help you. But if you're looking for file handling check out Help topics for the StreamReader class...
