i do like the new look...

it's turning andreavb.com into a more professional lookin' site.

it gives detail about what you will find in the site, and that's much better than simple links....

it shows that the site is dynamic... that it can update itself by means of showing what's new(and the dates are!) and where you can go to check these out.

another good thing that goes along with what i have said is that so much is free.

great work, andrea... keep it up!

ps: by the way, could you add a star icon that can be added to posts? i thought it would've been better than thumbs up.

Been busy trying to take a second degree <--it's not working out...

i like the new layout/look because it gives the news part more emphasis which it does really need, and it puts the very popular forum further down the page so that users actually read the news and view the homepage rather than just looking for the forum button, which I have been known to do reguarly. And i'm gonna agree, aren't i, my site is in the latest news section! BTW. how many records does the latest news thing show when it has more articles?

Only thing is it only gets a PR of 4 but this should improve when you change it over with the current home page.
