may i know how to link vb to html code?.

            

I write html code for index.html and i wanna add command button.. so i can verify customer's username and passowrd(example).. such as my site will have command button with have "Search" name there. and can i write the code on visual basic or i will write the code on notepad which i use for write my html code?.

I am blur and i don't know how to ask
