Save data from userform input

hi,

i have a word document that has userform and excel spreadsheet embedded within it. My question is, how can i save data that has been inserted within userform (inserted at textbox) to excel embedded spreadsheet? please help me. Thanks

IMO embedded Excel sheets (OLE) are more trouble than they're worth...have you explored using a table in Word instead?
