Does VB 3 have the same Menu Editor as VB 4? Also was there very many huge changes in VB 4 over vb 3?

Can't really say for those versions... but just curious, are you developing in the 16bit versions of VB?

I've got VB 3 because I got given an unused copy of it and I've now been progaming with VB for about 6 months. What I want to know is obviously upgrading to a later version would be beter but how much better? Any way I'm using an old win 95 laptop with poor system resources to do my programming so upgrading on that would not be possible. So, how much benifits are there?
