VB .net and ME

Anyone know if I can run .net studio on Windows ME pls?

I have seen in the documentation that .Net can run on WinME but I don't know if they mean apps made in .Net or Visual Studio itself. However, I have never had a good experience with WinME and I do not bother testing my apps on it. If I could suggest something - Dump ME (not me) and use either WinXP or Win2k.
