where can i download for free a psw (peer web services) is it useful also for windows me?)?

i found good lessons on html.it site: is there any other useful site on this matter?

do i need to download other softwares?

just wondering... what's peer web services compared to personal web server?

anyway, PWS can be downloaded from microsoft, and it will work with ME, as far as i know..

since i use win98se... i was told to download the win95 option pack...

but i also read that i MUST install the win98 version...

its tough, but i am surviving with the 95 version...

not quite sure what fits ME...
