Hi all,

I'm looking for a little help with teh ballon shaped tool tip api stuff.  Teh code works superbly in VB but when compiled (on win2k) it does nothing...no tool tip shown.  Any one any ideas?

His code seems to work and I compiled on my Win2k machine and it kicked out the ballon when I ran it. (Give him a vote while your there)

If a problem.. let me know and I'll ask if I can post his code in this forum - and /or if he will.
