I'm writing a VB program that allows the user to input a wav file and then work with that file on a time-line.  I need to be able to map the sound of the wav file on a graph or chart based on passing time (in 1/10 of a second).  Any clues?

What information is it that you need exactly?
Do you need the header information or do you require algorithms to decode the compressed ADPCM and DVI/IMA ADPCM format WAV files?
