Hi,
Can you be more specific? "Remote Controlling" is not really a question.
In general, you cannot remotely send messages to a PC without having software on the PC to receive the messages, there are back-doors, however, that can install your own software (an email-message, web-page for download, etc.), however in any case you will need experience in FTP/HTTP/TCP or WinSock to send the message to the pc (or DCOM).
