icon HELP, I'M DESPERATE!

Guys

I'm new to Visual Basic and think I took on more than I bargained for at work - with a team project. I have attached a file clearly explaining the (I'm embarrassed to even ask you this, but it's got me) problem.

Can someone help me out and reply with the coded solution please (I expect a guru would do it in as little as one or 2 lines of code).

work email (there now!) : stewart.gemmill@t-mobile.co.uk
