Can anybody tell me how can i send a sms to a cell phone in our region without any telephone call.
b'cause im already connected to net through cable.
and i have a wesite hosted on IIS.

so please tell me how can i send sms to cellphone from my website.
What should i have to do so ?

dont break ur head like this. there is a website hosted for this. the site is www.smscountry.com

u have to first register in that and send sms through that to any mobile across india.
