API TERMINATE PROCESS

hi....

I developing a system in the XP.

I Call the file.bat that call files.exe (4).

Well, in the win98 i USE Terminate process... it's ok

In the Win XP, when I use Terminate Process i'ts kill file.bat
and files.exe continue running. Until it's see that the killed file.bat....

I am needing to help....
