Deployment concerns...

I have a concern in developing applications using VB .Net. Is the application that is being develop using VB .Net runs on a machine that has an OS of Win98 or Win ME?

The .NET framework works on Win 98+, and WinNT4+ I think. Although developing it has to be done on a NT machine.

Of course, the computer has to have the .NET framework installed on it for the prgram to work.
