tell detail about attribute ?

when we develop custom control in dotnet then we may write many property and the signature could
be <Bindable(True), Category("Data"), DefaultValue("")> Property SourceTable() As String
then please tell me what is the meaning of Bindable(True) and what is the meaning of
Category("Data") and Category("Appearance")
please tell me about this attribute in detail.
