please help

I am currently doing a project on smart application PDA. the problem is i have to link it through web services via asp.net.
Anybody got any ideas on how to do this?
I would appreciate it if anyone can provide me with some code.

Please clarify do you want to use an existing web service or create one from scratch in ASP.NET??
