Hallo, i am trying to create a music player that will play mp3, wav, wma and cd files. It will have a libray and some other features. However i do not know how to make it play these files. I am trying to find anything that will help me understand how music player programs work. I am open to any suggestions you may have.

YOu can use windows media player for such purpose, it has all the features you need. If you want to build it from scratch, then you would need to know how to encode certain types fo file. You might check this as some guiding
