Hi   All

1.When I am taking the report using crystal report the following error occurs:

Run time error ‘-2147417848(80010108)’
Method ‘action of ‘crystal ctrl’ failed.
2.sometimes.
The object you called has been disconnected from its clients

I have tried the following things,

1.I Have Completely Created New Reports And Replaced For The Existing One
2.I have Replaced The Crpe32.Dep Found At
Http://Support.Crystaldecisions.Com/Library/Kbase/Articles/C2002405.Asp

3.I have Checked That The Crystl32.Dep That Is In The \Winnt\System32 Folder.
4.I Have Commented The Following Things In Crystl32.Dep As
;[CRPE32.DLL]
;Dest=$(Winsyspath)
;Uses1=Crpe32.Dll
;Uses2=

5. I Completely Uninstalled The Crystal Report 7 And Reinstalled That.

6.But None Of This Make My Program Run

Hi Viji, couple of quesitons: your program works on working machine, but not when you try to distribute it? How do you make setup package? Can you tell us what CR dll's do you install? You are missing some dll's, so maybe you can do this: copy winnt\crystal folder to some other location, and then after removing CR 7, copy them again to original location. If it works then, then you are missing some of the files from Crystal folder. Remove one by one, and see which ones are needed and which one arent...
