Hi i need help i need to get a packet sender that can send hex packets that i have modified, it needs to either listen to a range of ports and when one opens it sends the data(PACKET) specified by me or one port would be fine. the ports are already open and i just need to send the packet back. i want to make it into a program form necause i dont like using WPE and continous send if you could help me out it would be apreciated.
