 icon crystal updating report versions

Hi,

  I am brand new to crystal 10 and I was wondering if report versions can be updated automatically. If someone updates a report the version is also done, so you will end up with ver 1 and ver1.1 for example. I'm not sure if I am explaining this properly any help would be great.
