Although I can bring up and use the print setup dialog, I cannot seem to get any of the printer properties to change.

I can change number of copies, and page size. And although I can change the color mode, resolution and other properties my printer might offer... they do not take effect when I run the print.

This is only happening in VB. Of course, when I use photoshop or other commercial software, the print properties work fine.

I reviewed the API calls and see that I can get this information through the API... I just don't know how to send it.

Any and all help is appreciated.

..don't know if this will really help you. use crystal report as your report tool. it's so easy to use and it have its own printer setup and stuffs like changing the size of your paper etc.
