icon Crystal report, and data source

Hello to everybody,
Here is the fact : I have an application built in VB6 and Crystal Report 4.6. I use the ActiveX for feed data to reports with my data control (DAO with Jet 3.6 to Access database) in my forms. If I have two different form with two different data control - built with different queries - and two different crystal report ActiveX. If I launch one preview and close it, then I open the other preview and I close it, when I close my application a Windows Error appear telling me, "The istruction at 0x... referenced memory at "0x000000004" The memory could not be written ...." (Message from WINNT 4.0). Has anyone an idea of why it happens ?
It happens with all forms that launch a preview of report, in all systems (98, NT, 2000, XP), either in VB5 or in VB6, either in Access 97 or in Access 2000, either in design mode or in executable mode.

Thanks for every little help,
netfabry
