Hi
i want to make a file server that by using a web service & SOAP Protocl send a file to any program.

i can save a file in binary format in a XML file. but i don't know any thing about Soap and its difference with Xml files. ( i know that xml is base of SOAP)

but can you send me a sample code to convert a file to SOAP packet !!!!
