I had made a browser usin VB WebBrowser control and don't know how to made that when I clic on a link it opens it on a ney instance of my browser instead of an Internet Explorer's one.

I found this from another site so I can't say it works, but you should change the registry setting below to point to your program.

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\http\shell\open\command
