Well do you know where to start? You will need 52 images of every card, either inside the project, or linked to external pictures. Then you will need to set up how the game will look / work, so when you click certain buttons it will display what you want it to do. Is black jack the game where you need to get to a score of 21? I cant rember but for example if it is, you simply need a way of producing a card randomly and adding it to different players scores. How much knowledge do you already have in developing this sort of game? Really if anyone helps you here we need a bit more info.
