Trapping Wheel Mouse Roll Event
Is there a way for me to trap the event triggered when I roll the wheel of an optical wheel mouse?
Right now I am designing a VB program that is supposed to perform certain actions on top of the default scrolling behaviour when the user rolls the wheel of his mouse.
This one has me stumped right now -- and since the wheel mouse is relatively new -- I am finding it hard to find any material to help me solve the problem.
