For instance, I've already saved with corr. paper size like 'Letter Fanfold 8.5 x 11 inc' within the report designer. But just every time when running such report in our Citrix servers, when viewing the output, the corr. size has changed to 'letter'. Why the corr. saved paper size cannot be applied and why we need to select that again when viewing them? Also, we've created such paper size in Citrix servers.

In Citrix servers, the corr. drivers are there. I can also see the specific paper size in the corr. printer but just the default paper size will change to 'letter' and we need to select that again every time.
