I use Top Flash to Video Converter ro convert swf to avi. It is very useful for me. Here is the guide and faq of the software.
A few days ago, my friend recomend a powerful freeware named SUPER, it seems that it can convert swf to avi too.

I I always use Moyea SWF to Video converter, it can convert swf to AVI (XVID Video/DIVX Video),AVI With Alpha, mpg,etc, it works well with my swf files.

I tried several swf converter, but I think iwisoft swf to video converter is the best one. It can convert swf to avi without quality loss.

Here is a step by step tutorial about how to convert SWF to AVI on Mac
