friends ,could anyone help me ?

In c++ builder ,
first i take an image and i want to repaint it any color for example
i have a ball picture (bmp), in the picture this ball's color is white and i want to paint it (in the proram) red. So how can i do that.

2 things:
1) c++ builder is not c#... c# is microsoft, c++ builder is borland/inprise(?)
2) you need to look for bitmap manipluation stuff, this is easy in DirectX, but I assume that you are not using it. Search for image manipulation (or the c# image namespace)
