formula field in crystal report

I have a problem in crystal report :
I want my program sum special total records that's null is yes but Icant't do it, please help me.

There are free overloaded methods available in CR

Count (fld)
Count (fld, condFld)
Count (fld, condFld, cond)

check the help that comes with CR about this function.
