Hi, We have developed software by using VB5 and Crystal Report 7. After that we have developed a newer version of software with VB6 and crystal report 8. So far we have no problem to install both the program in the pc with Windows XP Professional 2002. We change our PC recently with Windows XP Professional 2002 SP2 and install the 2 software as normal but we found certain transactions missing in the reports for the older version software.
We can't even know what is actually caused this problem ? Can anyone  tell me if you all facing this problem before ?
