i want to create parental filter in vb.net just like net nenny that blocks the adult web site automatically. how can i do this?

You could jsut make strings, I think, for like when something is seatched ina search engine, it will block certain keyboards. OR if your using IE,  go. Open IE-Tools-Internet Options-Clikc Tab labled"Content" and clikc the button labeled Enabled. To limit certain things, Select it, I thinoi your options are Language, Nudity, Sex, and Violence, than you can use the Slider, to set the level. And then click Apply, and it will ask you if you want to make a Password. Thats it.
