Its not that easy. YOu will use lots of third party controls or components to make your vb apps implemented or can be run on PPC. Like in my case, i used to developed an application in mobile phones, palm and Pocket PC. At first i used MOBILEVB software. It uses vb code. And then i switch to GODB Software. YOu can also use SUN ONE MOBILE STUDIO using JAVA code. Aside from the software, you must also have a emulator in order to run the apps you are doing before you can upload or install it in the device.  The PPC must also be connected to you pc using DataCable, InfraRed or bluetooth.
