use a animated mouse for form in VB6
Hi!
I have a hard problem and I need a help!
( I have a little of English, try to understand)
How to use a animated mouse for form in VB6, I have tried to use mouse icon property as *.ani file but VB doesn't allow.
I can only use a *.cur or *.ico file for mouse pointer in VB6 and cannot use a *.ani file. Why not? and how to use a animated mouse for form.
In Vb6, I make a label (or a command button) and I want: When user click the label (or command button), my application will open a webpage in IE. How to do?
Look at this picture, How to insert "About me!" in this menu (This menu appear when user right click in the taskbar) and when user click "About me!", a msgbox open to present the program.
