Hello, I'm making a sownlaod blocker, for my shcool, and i need to know how to make a form popup whenever the download dialog box for IE popsup. Any Ideas?

I know you will have to use like FindWindow and FindWindowEx, etc.

But Also, How do i make it as to where a form only shows up the first time a program is ran, and than when ran a second time, it doenst show up?
