 icon Setting default paper Size in 2003 & XP

I am using 4*3 inches form (I created and added to printer using api) for bills and A4 for reports. But the datareports are shown only asper the default printer setting. Pl tell me how to change the default pages using VB6 (in windows2003 and XP)
