I'm looking for website's owners who want to create a partner relation with andreavb.com

As many other competitors are doing they create a partner relation with similar sites and show each other's link in the bottom of every page of their site. This should increase the popularity and search engine positioning of the sites.

So if someone is interested in such a deal I'll be happy to exchange links with them. If you're familiar with PHP or ASP and own a site related to VB programming or the world of Computers and want to create such a relation please let me know...

well, this time I've compiled the fields, but I don't know if my submission is done...the page keeps redirecting me to the same compiled form after I click "Post"

Oh, you probably didn't enter a location (i.e. filled out the text form, and then clicked the "enter location" button)... enter anything in the location field, and I'll have to modify it in the database to display anywhere.
