how to tell to explorer to reload settings from registry like gpedit.msc do usilg api or somethings else

As far as I know, you would need to destroy all eplorer.exe processes, which will cause all desktop icons and windows to dissapear, leaving only the taskbar visible. Then you will need to reexecute explorer.exe and new registry settings will be applied.

yes i know that, but must be a way to sendmessage or postmessage to tell to reload settings like when using group polcy, explorer just refresh and apply new settings
