Shutdown network PC

i dont know if it the right place to ask this question. i want to make program that will shutdown the other PC in the network. i know the code to shutdown the PC but i dont know the code if u try to shutdown the other PC in the network

it's about initiating a shutdown on a remote computer and optionally abort the shut down before countdown elapses, works for NT, 2000 and XP
