 icon DataGrid Error

i'm a first time user of datagrid, my program worked well but it is sometimes generate an error message ROW CANNOT BE LOCATED FOR UPDATING. SOME VALUES MAY HAVE BEEN CHANGED SINCE IT WAS LAST READ.
