is there some way to to build applications  with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 using NET Framework v1.0 like Visual Studio 2003

Not as far as I am aware. 2005 requires .net 2 (er.... 1.1.. whatever it's called) as the bootstrap (a special signature at the beginning of the .net EXE file) is not recognised by v.1
