Connect ot PABX

I want to connect to PABX with vb6, how can i do?
Hope you will help me with this problem.

I am not sure PABX, but I saw the system at HOTEL .
They control phone system when guest call.
I want how to do like this

what is a PABX and what does it matter with Pocket PC? does it have a serial port? what manufacturer and model?
