do all you guys know how to create a web-based vb program?

just start a new project, ActiveX Document DLL.
create controls on the UserDocument like you would on a form.

then, when you are ready to set up a site to show off your vb app, just click on the package and deploy wizard, and click for an Internet Package. the other steps are easy to follow..

anyway, i hope you guys will try to make one...
up to a certain level it is really fulfilling.

Win2k ( & esp ME) will have a complete FIT with downloading this stuff. the default security for non-local-admins, turns off ActiveX downloads without user prompting. Not a problem for home-users, just something to be aware of when coding for intranet/internet apps
