please help me out.. im a graduating this year and im creating a system for me to pass.. my system is about  client-server.. the server can monitor a client and control it..

how could i monitor and control the client using winsock...

please help me out...need help here please...

Got ur whole project d/loaded... Cud u be more specific as to what u want to control on the clients pc?? There's a sample text msngr utility in the d.loads section of the forum... U might wanna give it a look..

the server needs to control a client pc.. for example the server wants/needs to shut down/restart/lock/unlock the clients pc..
thus the server could also screen capture the clients pc.. so that the server can monitor all applications being opened by the client..

Hi,
If u've d/loaded the sample file & understood what it's doing, u shud now have the ability to connect two PCs (or simply a client and server app on a single pc)

Then u can program the server app to send text commands to ur client app. The client app should have a routine to accpet the commands, and run the desired routines...
For most of ur requirements, there exist API's which u can use easily...
Search the net for ur specific requirements of API, or post here if u want more help...
