DataGrid and Font adjustments

I can't figure out a way to change the Row Height of a DataGrid programmatically at run-time. Can this be done? If so, how?

Also, I can't change the Font Size of Buttons programmatically. It tells me it's a Read Only Property. Can this be done? If so, how?
