 icon calling vbappln from outlook

Hi,
i have a vbapplication that is developed to send sms.  i need to create a button in outlook so that when this button is clicked this vbapplication should be loaded. how can i do so ?Im sorry if i sound stupid but im new to programming and i have to finish this task soon.thanks in advance....
