 icon Accessing files on a Win Mobile Device

How can I access files on a Win Mobile Device from a Windows application?  I am writing the app in VB 2005 (pro edition).  I can access the files through windows explorer but when I try using the openfiledialog in the vb app the mobile device doesn't show up.  What am I missing here?
