Now i wonder how to write meta tag to allow google to seach my keyword. Do you have method to explain how to create it step by step.
What something i should write into my webpage, and meta tage where i should put?

<meta> tags are a component of the invisible part of your HTML page — all that stuff between the <head> </head> tags. So far, you probably haven’t seen much beyond the <title> tag in there, but now I’ll show you a few more. None of these tags will actually change how your page looks, they are purely for search engine's use and to provide some additional information about your pages.

Google Engine, you can use web applications, Google's infrastructure. App Engine applications easy to build, easy to maintain and easily expandable to increase the need for travel and storage. When the engine is to maintain application servers: just download the program and is ready to respond to its users.
