sending message on a specified ip with the same application

hi its me again.

i need to send a string on a computer on a network with a textbox to display the sent string. LAN IP will be specified.

the idea is like an instant messenger

sample codes please and what ocx do i need for it.

I recommend www.vbip.com as a good source for this sort of thing.
